The American Music Awards are on TV tonight. The 11th Annual AMAs were held in January of 1984. Lionel Richie was the host, with performances by Irene Cara, Boy George, Hall & Oates, Barry Manilow, and Barbara Mandrell.Winners in the Pop/Rock category were:
